About this site

entsoemcp.com is an independent, non-commercial project. It caches data from the ENTSO-E Transparency Platform and re-exposes it as a faster, AI-agent-friendly interface. There are no ads, no paid tiers, no donations. The site is not affiliated with ENTSO-E.

Operator & data controller

The project is operated by an individual maintainer acting in a personal, non-commercial capacity. Under GDPR Art. 4(7), the controller is that natural person. The real legal identity is on file with the registrar and the postal forwarding service below, and will be disclosed to the Spanish data-protection authority (AEPD) or to a verified data-subject rights request where required by law.

Spain's Ley 34/2002 de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información (LSSI-CE) Art. 10 applies only to providers engaged in economic activity. This site has no economic activity (no fees, ads, sponsorship, or affiliate revenue), so LSSI Art. 10 does not apply. This page is published to satisfy GDPR Art. 13 transparency duties and as a courtesy to readers.

Data we process

Three buckets, all logged on the server. No cookies are set; no third-party trackers or analytics are loaded.

• Web access logs. For each HTTP request: timestamp, IP address, request path, status code, referrer, user-agent. Purpose: rate-limiting, abuse prevention, basic traffic stats. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest. Retention: 90 days, then deleted.
• MCP / API request log. For each tool call made by an AI agent: timestamp, tool name, arguments, response status. No IP linkage in this log. Purpose: debugging, capacity planning. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f). Retention: 90 days.
• Feedback submissions. Optional. When you submit the feedback form: timestamp, the message text, and (only if you fill the field) a reply-to email. IP addresses are not persisted to the feedback database. Purpose: bug reports, feature requests, contact. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) consent — submission is voluntary. Retention: kept until the maintainer has read and acted on the message, then deleted.

Sub-processors

Feedback submissions are forwarded to a private Telegram chat so the maintainer is notified. Telegram FZ-LLC therefore processes feedback message content (and, if you supplied one, the reply-to email) on the maintainer's behalf. IP addresses are stripped before forwarding. If you would rather contact the maintainer without involving Telegram, use the email address above.

Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (Helsinki, Finland). DNS / TLS / CDN edge: Caddy on the same server; no third-party CDN.

Your rights

Under GDPR Art. 15–22 you may request: access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. Send the request to the email address above. Because the access log is keyed by IP only, exercising rights over it requires you to identify the IP(s) and time window(s) you used.

If you believe the processing on this site infringes EU data-protection law, you may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish authority: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

Data source & attribution

Underlying market data is sourced from the ENTSO-E Transparency Platform and re-distributed under ENTSO-E's terms of use. Derived metrics (capture price, capture rate, negative-price hours, residual load, etc.) are computed on this site and are the maintainer's work.

No warranty

The data is provided as-is. ENTSO-E publishes preliminary values that are sometimes revised; ingestion may also be temporarily incomplete during refresh windows or outages. Do not use this site as a sole source for trading, settlement, or any decision with financial or operational consequences. The maintainer accepts no liability for errors, omissions, or downtime.

Jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. The competent courts are those of the controller's place of residence in Spain.
